How we buy

  • Clothing must be in excellent condition, new within 3 years, stain-free, freshly laundered and neatly organized in boxes or baskets.
  • Toys, equipment, and furniture items must include all original parts, be clean and in good working condition.
  • Furniture, equipment and other items that have been taken apart should be put together by the customer to verify that all parts are present and working properly.
  • All furniture must meet current safety standards (Mfg. 1990 or newer).
  • Equipment must be manufactured within the last 5 years & meet safety standards.
  • At Once Upon A Child, safety and product quality are always our top priorities. For these reasons there are some items we are unable to buy: Mattresses, car seats, recalled items and products that do not meet current government safety standards.

  Pricing is based on brand, condition, demand, and style.
 

Please do not bring in apparel in loose, in plastic bags or on hangers.
 

All items must be fully contained in boxes or baskets.
